There is a moment during blending when a winemaker knows they have crafted a wine that is simply captivating! Our winemaker describes this feeling as Encantadora, a Spanish word meaning enchanting. This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon is multi-layered and elegant. Encantadora showcases aromas and savory flavors of baking spices with warm plum and boysenberry bramble as well as cherry tart which accentuates the long beautifully evolving finish.
